Session Two
83% of Human Resources pros say cover letters impact their hiring decisions. Can you convey your immediate value, unique fit, personality, and enthusiasm in your cover letter? After this workshop you will have a tailored, compelling narrative showcasing your strengths and suitability for a targeted position. This collaborative working session will discuss how to effectively utilize your statement of value when applying.

Session One
Employers want to meet you on paper first. How does your first impression read? Is the "above the fold" — usually the top quarter of the resume — attention-grabbing? If an Applicant Tracking System, (automated software), receives your resume, will it surface on top and make it to a person? Join CPD leaders so that you can confidently answer yes!
This session will offer overall guidance on resume writing, a professionally reviewed resume, an automated tracking software scan, suggested edits and feedback, plus tips from creative industry leaders scanning resumes.
